Everybody has an opinion on everything these days, and I'm no exception. Check here for my opinions/reviews of pretty much any media that I encounter.

I didn't want to, but I said I would cry foul if things didn't go down right in this issue, and boy did this suck. Foul, definitely foul...

NOVA-17_SMALL.jpg

This comic continues to be the best sci-fi adventure comic published by either Marvel or DC. Another kick-ass issue.

I dropped this title over a year ago, but I had a light week at the comic store recently and I picked it up to see what was happening these days.

This is pretty much the one X-Men book that I can stand these days, and it keeps getting better and better each month. I hope Mike Carey doesn't leave this title for a long time.

This was a spur of the moment purchase for me, but I'm glad I picked it up.

While I care just enough to finish the story (can I really get through 3 more issues of this?), this is such a lackluster summer blockbuster that it doesn't engage me in any meaningful way.

I'm not sure if anyone else noticed this, but I think the whole Batman line of comics is in need of serious help.

Well, I think my days of reading X-Men might be coming to a close soon.

This is a trade paperback that collects issues #31-36 of The Punisher. Written by Garth Ennis and drawn by Goran Parlov. I can't speak highly enough of this series, I've been enjoying it immensely.

Iron Man, having finally figured out that he's facing his old enemy - The Mandarin, faces off with his old foe. To put it simply...this issue was pretty awesome.

FF554 cover

I was both worried and excited about the prospect of Fantastic Four #554, but I'm glad to say that it was a great read, and I'm looking forward to more.

Ok, now THIS is where the real sci-fi is at. Forget Green Lantern, they ain't doing shit over there. It's all going down here, people.

This one is chapter five of the Messiah Complex crossover, and easily the best of the bunch so far.

xmen 490 cover

The story is starting to wear a little bit, but I'm still on board. Ed Brubaker is a really talented writer, so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt here.

This is an ink drawing I did a couple of months ago. I actually started it out in pencil as always, but for some reason I must have thrown away the pencil scan I made.

This is a not too detailed write up of how I made the cover to my sister's novel, The Cupid Factor, which is available now.

This is a drawing I did a long time ago, probably way back in 2000.

There was a lot of luck in the universe. A near infinite amount for a near infinite cosmos. Fortunately or unfortunately, it didn't always get distributed evenly.
